I'm thinking of conducting a small-scale research that I'd like to talk about at this year's IATEFL BESIG conference.
What I've noticed is that even though written business communication seems to be becoming more casual, course books and exams haven't really caught up with the trend yet. If this is the case, I'd suggest instruction and assessment requirements should change to reflect current use and needs.
So, I designed this short questionnaire to get some data from you all, and I'd be really happy if many of you could fill it in for me.
